2008 was a much better year for me competitively. I packed 3 shows into a 7-week period, capturing my first national level win in Fitness since 2005 by placing 1st in my class at the NPC Junior USAs. I went on to the second-largest amateur fitness show of the year, the NPC Junior Nationals, to place 4th and my all time best. Now, I'm enjoying some R&R and working on rehabbing some nagging injuries.

Weight Training

This is a 4-day rotating split that I'll follow for about 4 weeks or 5 cycles. I will take one rest day only every 2nd or 3rd day, as needed. I run 3 times weekly for a total of about 15 miles.

Day Training
1 Back/Biceps
2 Chest/Triceps/Calves
3 Legs
4 Shoulders/Calves

My focus for this entire off-season is to continue building my muscle and strength base while bringing up my lat thickness, calves, and balancing out my left to right symmetry. I will maintain my aerobic endurance and maintain bodyfat through training for races (running).
