2007 was a stellar year for me - not necessarily through placements at shows, but
through personal and spiritual growth, repairing relationships and learning valuable life lessons. My
injuries are mostly healed and I just finished the season two weeks ago. Here I go into my first off-season
training phase, which will last through mid to end of January 08.

My focus for this entire off-season is to continue building my muscle and strength base while bringing up my lat thickness, calves, and balancing out my left to right symmetry. I will maintain my anaerobic endurance year-round through gymnastics, anaerobic conditioning workouts. I will maintain my aerobic endurance through training for races (running).
