2007 was a stellar year for me - not necessarily through placements at shows, but through personal and spiritual growth, repairing relationships and learning valuable life lessons. My injuries are mostly healed and I just finished the season two weeks ago. Here I go into my first off-season training phase, which will last through mid to end of January 08.

Weight Training
Day Training
1 Squat (Legs)
2 Bench Press (Chest, Triceps)
3 Gymnastics, Running, Abs
4 Military Press (Shoulders)
5 Deadlift (Back, Calves)
6 Running, Abs
7 Complete Rest

My focus for this entire off-season is to continue building my muscle and strength base while bringing up my lat thickness, calves, and balancing out my left to right symmetry. I will maintain my anaerobic endurance year-round through gymnastics, anaerobic conditioning workouts. I will maintain my aerobic endurance through training for races (running).
